Complex of two three-story buildings offering one, two, three and four-room apartments. Each apartment has been designed with functionality and comfort in mind for future residents, while balconies and small gardens on the ground floor add charm and space. For the convenience of residents, we provide both surface parking spaces and underground garages, with the option to connect to charging stations for electric cars. We plan to implement eco-friendly features such as solar panels for common areas, rainwater retention, a pocket park, bug hotels, and birdhouses. On the estate, there will also be an eco-playground for children, designated recycling bins, and bike racks at every staircase landing.
