Nowy Folwark

Building a new estate at the intersection of ul. Masztowej and Żorskiej. These will be two- and three-story buildings with a underground garage hall and 64 apartments ranging from 42 to 90 sqm. Additionally, a commercial building with a granary from the end of the 19th century, a carriage house, and an old stable, which are part of the Starołęka Wielka manor complex, will be adapted for another 25 apartments ranging from 34 to 71 sqm. and one commercial space. Undoubtedly, the attraction of this location is the old growth forest, or a park covering an area of 1 ha, surrounding the palace. Additionally, we will plant 240 new trees on the site of the investment. For those who love greenery and dream of their own garden, the gardens belonging to ground floor apartments and terraces on the building rooftops may be an attraction. By car, it can be reached to the city center in 20-25 minutes, and a bus stop for municipal communication is located nearby. Three more stops are already PKM Starołęka, where one can transfer to the train and tram. The investment is being built on the territory of the dworsko-folwarczny Starołęka Wielka ensemble, which is protected by a conservator of monuments. Before the war, the owner of the manor was Marcin Biedrmann. After the war, the palace was converted into a multi-family house, and in the post-manorial buildings, Bomis operated, where Poznanians bought spare parts for cars until the end of the 80s. As part of our investment, the remaining post-manorial buildings will also be renovated and revitalized. The palace is intended to become offices, and two commercial spaces - probably a shop and a café - will be located near the gate on ul. Masztowej, in a historic worker's house and a larger building adjacent to it. The historic gate with wrought iron elements will also be restored, which will serve as an elegant entrance to the entire complex. The architects have ensured that the new buildings fit stylistically with the atmosphere of the old manor and emphasize the values of the historical architecture. The apartments will be modern and - thanks to large windows - well lit. Solar panels will be installed on the roofs, which will provide residents with green energy.
