Developer's apartments in the district of Wilanów are an ideal place for people who long for peace and contact with nature. As is known, life in the bustling capital can be quite bothersome for those who love tranquility. Fortunately, even in Warsaw, you can find peaceful enclaves where time flows more slowly. One such place is the Millanova settlement, where you will relax from metropolitan chaos and forget that just a few streets away, ordinary urban life continues.
The name of the settlement Millanova was taken from the history of the oldest settlement in the vicinity of Warsaw, namely Wilanów. The history of the district dates back to the early 14th century. The current name appeared several hundred years later. Interestingly, the earliest traces of settlement date back to a period between 150 – 50 BC.
The settlement in Milanow had various and extremely famous owners – Milanowscy, Leszczyńscy, Krzyccy or finally King John III Sobieski! The last one built a villa named Villa Nova, from which the district took its name. Among the later owners of Wilanów were the families Czartoryskich and Potockich.
Millanova is a place where on one hand we care about the privacy of residents, and on the other hand we encourage their integration and spending time in fresh air. Green alleys, relaxation zone created in an eco style, a place for common leisure or a playground dedicated to the youngest residents are details that make Millanova a climatic enclave.
