Praga is an exceptional district of Warsaw, which has been undergoing a revitalization process for several years. Konopacka, is an investment located in its center and surrounded by beautiful, historical buildings. The project itself is a unique concept combining the old, historic part of the building with a new, contemporary form, which will complete the street's facade.
One part of the project consists of a historic office building, restored according to the recommendations of the conservator of monuments, retaining original balconies and a beautiful, wooden staircase. The original markings for apartments and color scheme will also be preserved. Each element of the project is carefully designed to best recreate its original character. The height of the apartments will reach up to 3.39 m, and the facade will be finished with renovation plaster.

The second part of the project is a completely new addition, forming a common mass with the historic townhouse. The new building will stand out with contemporary, simple and timeless architecture. The average area of apartments is approximately 30 m². From the terraces on the top floor, there will be a view of the center of Warsaw. The building will be equipped with mailboxes, bike storage, and a bike repair station, as well as a public laundry room and monitoring system.
