In the project, we have focused on spacious, functional layouts of apartments ranging from 36m² to 93m². The apartments consist of 2, 3 or 4 rooms, so that each one can choose something for themselves. There will also be large balconies, terraces and high glazing. The building will be equipped with an elevator, and residents will have parking spaces in the underground garage hall and in front of the building. The three-story building has been divided into 2 elevators - on each floor there are only 4 or 5 apartments. • compact development, villa area near Silesian Park • spacious, functional apartment layouts • high rooms • underfloor heating
