SWEET LIFE, THAT IS DOLCE VITA Italian culture is associated with savoring life, comfort, beauty and care for detail. This atmosphere is evoked by Osiedle Urbino, our new investment, whose name refers to contemporary urbanist thinking. It stands out with modern architecture, intriguing design, abundant greenery and comfortable common areas. Not surprisingly, the location of our estate was chosen in the Italian district, one of the most green areas in Warsaw. Osiedle Urbino is a proposal for lovers of urban lifestyle who value the combination of proximity to the city center with a friendly, green environment. FUNCTIONAL APARTMENTS In the first phase of Osiedle Urbino, we designed one 6-story building. There will be 124 apartments - from 1-bedroom to 4-bedroom, with an area ranging from 28 m² to 97 m², with a predominance of the most sought-after two-bedroom apartments (with floor areas of 35 - 50 m²). All apartments will have a balcony, loggia or terrace, and residents on the ground floor will be able to spend time in spacious, courtyard gardens, with the largest having a surface area of up to 90 m². ARCHITECTURE WITH CHARACTER Osiedle Urbino is modern architectural solutions inspired by timeless, Italian design. The light color scheme of the facade will be enhanced by wooden elements and green ivy, and the facade on Równoległa Street will be further adorned with an artistic mural and a relief on the facade. The estate will feature rich, attractively arranged greenery, a playground for children and relaxation areas for adults. We have taken care of a modern and functional design for every element of small architecture. WITH CONSIDERATION FOR COMFORT • On the estate there will be several elements improving the comfort of life for residents, including: • an internal green courtyard together with a playground, equipped with seating and a chess table • outdoor bike racks along with a repair station and parking for scooters • parcel locker • building security and access to the courtyard only for residents WITH CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT The estate will feature rich, attractively arranged greenery. On the internal courtyard we have planned planting of native trees and shrubs, increasing biodiversity. Meanwhile, on the facade ivy will appear reaching up to a height of 3 floors, which will improve thermal comfort. Energy-efficient LED lighting will be used throughout the entire investment.
