The renovation of the former "Polgal" Technical Articles and Galanteries Workshop building into a modern apartment complex is one of the first large-scale loft projects in Czestochowa. The ongoing revitalization of the Old Town district, the construction of the "Galeria Jurajska" shopping center, and the city's plans to restore the former glory of this charming district have directed our company's vision for development right here.
The numerous successes of loft investment projects realized in Łódź and Upper Silesia provide motivation. Many industrial buildings in these agglomerations have gained new life as residential, office or shopping centers and have become new symbols of the cities.
The project for the renovation of the building known as "Guzikarnia" was carried out by the Warsaw architectural firm ADC Architekci. The total area of the apartments will be 6145m², on the ground floor garages and locker rooms will be built, and on higher floors there will be 138 apartments with areas ranging from 28m² to 78m². The advantages of the apartments that will be created as part of the investment are large windows and very high apartment heights (approx. 320cm), which in combination with high ceiling strength allows for the creation of foyers and free wall construction. From higher floors, beautiful views can be enjoyed.
Due to its location in the city center and the height of the building (architectural dominant) from the windows of the apartments one can admire almost a full panorama of the city. Depending on the display of the apartment, visible are, among others, the Sanctuary of Our Lady on Jasna Góra, Olsztyn Castle, Basilica of the Holy Family and many other important points on the map of Czestochowa.
