Siennicka 29
The new investment at Siennicka 29 is a residential proposal in Warsaw's Grochów, whose form fits perfectly with the cozy character of this part of Praga-South. This exceptional, dynamically changing part of Warsaw with numerous historic buildings, used in accordance with the modern rhythm of the city, architecturally draws from industrial and commercial traditions.
Cozy layout
The building with two wings and an internal courtyard will form a modern residential quarter, co-creating a representative facade on Drwęcka Street and Siennicka Street. The elevation will be partially made of light brick and partly finished with smooth plaster in white and dark gray colors.
In the building 18.60 m high, there will be 49 apartments located on 5 floors, from one- to four-room apartments with areas from 33 m² to 81 m². All of them will have balconies up to 12 m², terraces up to 26 m² or tenant gardens. The building's entrance has been conveniently designed at street level without steps. The practical staircase layout of the building with an elevator, which serves all floors, will facilitate the comfortable functioning of future residents. On the underground floor, a garage with 48 parking spaces is planned, of which 34 will be on independent platforms, 14 on the floor, and one for disabled persons at ground level. In the garage, there will also be parking spaces for bicycles.
