In each building, there will be 24 two and three-room apartments with an area from 34 m² to 78 m². In this Rybnicki project, all apartments have balconies or loggias, and the ground floor apartments have quite large gardens (up to 80m2), while the underground level of the building houses garage spaces and storage rooms.
The architects did not insist on originality but focused on details, yet they placed the greatest emphasis on the functionality of the proposed solutions and their adaptability to individual needs. All apartments in the Rybnicki project are exceptionally bright with large windows, allowing a lot of light into the apartment.
Simple building shapes were livened up by an unusual arrangement of balconies and loggias as well as colors and materials used.
