My Retkinia is an investment located in the Polesie district, which has been included in the city's "Green Polesie" program. The program aims to increase the quality and diversity of greenery – including the introduction of pocket parks and the creation of "garden streets". Family-friendly neighborhood The family-friendly Moja Retkinia will support ecological education from an early age. The green project includes the use of various tree species, edible herbs (such as chives, chocolate mint, thyme, oregano) and grasses, which will be described in a friendly way for both children and adults. An educational trail will be enriched with Fruit Points located near the playground to encourage picking fruits such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. Complementing the green package, trees have been placed at each entrance with additional functions – distinguishing buildings on the estate. The ecosystem will be enriched with bird and insect nesting boxes. The project aims to stimulate curiosity and initiate conversations about the invaluable value of the world's fauna and flora. Modern solutions As part of promoting low-emission transportation, each parking space will have the ability to charge electric cars. Additionally, on the estate there will be no shortage of bike racks and bike repair stations. In common areas, energy-efficient LED lighting with motion sensors has been provided. To ensure clean air, plants that purify the air will appear in the entrance halls, while air filters will be used in all window vents. The project provides 2, 3, 4-room functional apartments with private gardens or balconies.
