In the old buildings of Goplana factory, the aroma of chocolate still lingers. Has the wall absorbed it permanently? However, the biggest asset of the former factory today is its location – nearly 6 hectares in one of the most recognizable districts of Poznan – on famous Jeżyce, right next to Kościelna Street, near Park Sołacki. Goplana is a multi-storey project aiming to create a modern urban neighborhood in the city center. In the near future, new blocks will be built here, and between them, squares, green parks, and courtyards. From the windows, balconies, and terraces of the last floors, a beautiful view of Sołacz unfolds.
