In the new buildings (H and J), apartments of varying floor areas have been designed: from 30 m² to 120 m². The offer includes studios ideal for starting out or for rent, large apartments allowing for free space arrangement, as well as apartments with terraces.
At the V stage, two buildings are being created, which contrast each other in terms of color and texture. Both structures share a ceramic cladding on the facade, highlighting architectural details. In building H, a graphite glazed cladding has been used, while in building J - a matte one in a sandy color.
