New investment by Company Janex will be a energy-efficient, 4-story multi-family building at ul. Pychowicka near Park Zakrzówek in close proximity.
The building will be a natural continuation of the current development. It will be a simple, compact structure. With cyclists and families in mind, a storage room for bikes and large lockers for each apartment on the -1 floor have been planned. In the upper floors, apartments ranging from 38-62 m² (two and three bedrooms) with various interior layout configurations have been designed. There is also an option to combine apartments. The apartments will have balconies providing additional space for their future owners. External, covered parking spaces for apartment owners will be located on the north side of the building – with optional possibility of equipping them with individual electric vehicle charging stations.
The true asset of the investment is its energy efficiency. The new investment falls under Energy-Efficient Solutions for Future Residents (ERU). The compact building will be built using energy-efficient materials and technologies, ensuring reduced operating costs. For heating and hot water purposes, modern solutions such as high-performance heat pumps have been used. To optimize electricity consumption, numerous solar panels producing power for the residents' needs have been designed. The introduction of these technologies allows for independence from external energy suppliers, which is significant given current trends in rising energy prices for owners of apartments. The investment is environmentally friendly by reducing CO2 emissions, using renewable energy and allowing for multiple reductions in greenhouse gas emissions.
