Submerged in greenery complex of residential buildings
The Ostoja estate is a submerged in greenery complex of six-story residential multi-family buildings with spacious stairwells, simple and functional architecture - economical and ecological, thanks to the use of three-pane windows and 20 cm thermal wall insulation.
For the convenience of residents, basements of the buildings will have storage rooms - providing necessary additional living space. For parking cars, spacious garage halls (where a silent elevator, available on all floors of the building, will bring you from the garages to your apartment) will be provided, in which we designed parking spaces. On the estate, there will also be publicly accessible parking spaces - for both residents and their guests. When designing the estate, we also thought about people with disabilities, for whom specially wide parking spaces will be reserved.
In addition to roads and sidewalks, we will also build a bike path that will connect the investment with the planned city park and new Sikorski Avenue transportation system. Additional convenience will be provided by parking spaces for bicycles. You can reach the estate in various ways.
A significant part (minimum 30%) of the nearly 5-hectare estate will consist of biologically active surface, on which we plan to plant new trees, as well as shrubs. Recreational greenery will occupy several thousand square meters - and a playground, along with the sports activity zone, will be located on the biologically active surface.
At the entrance to the estate, in the ground floor of the first realized building A, we have provided approximately 120 m² of commercial space, which will ensure residents easy access to essential goods offered by the neighborhood store.
In the first built building A there are 96 residential units, in the next under construction identical building B - another 98 residential units, and in the currently being built and sold building C - there will finally be 97 comfortable apartments, and in building D for which we are already conducting pre-sales - another 93 comfortable apartments.
