GreenLine - apartment building surrounded by green hills
GreenLine is a ten-story apartment building with a minimalist, elegant facade featuring characteristic diagonal planes of the façade, a flat roof and modern balconies. Two underground floors house garages with locker rooms and a bike rental, making daily use of bicycles easier.
The ground floor opens a representative entrance area with a living, green vertical garden. This level is almost entirely dedicated to recreational space – with a gym, mindfulness zone, coworking area, playroom, and a residents' meeting area. On higher floors, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments with spacious loggias and large windows have been designed, offering views of the forested moraine hills and picturesquely integrated Matemblew buildings.
Exceptionally green interiors
The interiors of GreenLine, designed by studio MS15, were created in the spirit of mindfulness – to create a sense of peace and harmony. The building has been divided into five two-level zones with an open, antresol character, with the central theme being the vertical garden running through all floors.
Natural materials such as wood and ceramics appear in hallways leading to apartments, giving them a warm, elegant character. Representative lobbies with plant accents and soft lighting create a welcoming atmosphere, while common spaces – from fitness areas to relaxation zones – promote physical and mental balance. GreenLine combines functionality with design that supports the well-being of residents.
Neighborhood space and coworking
Adults and teenage residents of GreenLine will find a space for building relationships during shared work, learning, and leisure activities. On the ground floor, two main zones have been designated – a coworking area with tables and conference infrastructure, business meetings, teamwork, and learning, as well as a social area with sofas, audio-video equipment, a billiard table, and a coffee corner. This is an ideal place for joint sports viewing, movie nights, and neighborhood gatherings.
Gym and mindfulness zone
The fitness area was designed with the balance of body and mind in mind. It includes a modern gym, yoga and meditation room, and a Pilates studio equipped with reformers – devices with springs and pulleys that allow for precise, safe training of the entire body. Exercises on reformers improve posture, strengthen deep muscles, and promote flexibility, combining effectiveness with relaxation. This is a place where activity becomes a pleasant ritual.
Green neuroarchitecture
The area around the building was designed in the spirit of neuroarchitecture – taking into account various cognitive needs and awareness of the impact of the environment on psychological well-being of residents. Landscaping and small architecture create both social spaces and areas for contemplation. Plant life creates a sensory garden with taste, smell, sound, and touch zones, which promote mindfulness practice through concentration on real experiences from the environment.
Imagination and activity
Recreation for the youngest residents of GreenLine has been planned to develop imagination and provide a safe space for play. In the building, there will be a colorful playroom in the form of a tree, which combines the motif of nature with joy and creativity of children. Outside, a lush, multi-layered green inspired by Zen gardens will be created. The entire recreational area will become part of a sensory labyrinth – paths leading through sensation zones: from taste and smell to sound and touch. Thanks to this, the youngest will grow up in an environment surrounded by nature that promotes activity, curiosity about the world, and building relationships with peers.
Elevated standard of finishing
All apartments offered by us stand out for their elevated standard of finishing. Walls and ceilings are plastered and painted twice white, significantly reducing the time needed for further finishing work. Gypsum blocks were used for walls, triple-glazed windows were installed, balconies have already been installed, and high-quality sockets and switches were mounted. The entrance doors have a anti-burglary class, providing additional security.
