The Essence is a new investment in the historic part of Gdańsk's city center, located near the Motlawa River. The new residential and commercial building will complement the existing historical waterfront development. Under the supervision of the conservator of monuments, it forms part of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project, whose goal is to revitalize the neighborhood.
