After many months of work with architects from combined studios Matik and ArDe studio (previously responsible for the construction on Parkowy Wzgórze), we have developed 6 house projects, from which we have chosen 4 most interesting projects for current realization.
Many hours of analysis of the layout of each floor and room size resulted in very functional solutions, which we believe will appeal to new clients.
Each project, apart from its attractive architecture, has terraces and porticos that are proven to be successful on summer evenings. Each house has an internal greenhouse spanning two floors or an open space in the living room or dining room.
The height of the floors oscillates around 3 meters, which combined with large windows opens the house to a beautiful garden, lets in light and creates a wonderful impression. The impression is enhanced by the existing vegetation and rows of trees taller than buildings. Currently we have 30 plots, with an area from 8 to 15 acres, with permission for construction. Currently, 4 houses are under construction.
