Luxury Mountain Resort is a recreational complex, consisting of three apartment buildings with exceptional architecture, combining modern solutions and regional style.
The buildings were designed using high-quality materials with attention to details. The facade will be made of natural materials such as stone, wood, and glass. The premium class object offering a range of amenities such as relaxation zone with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and SPA cabins guarantees a perfect relaxation.
Active leisure enthusiasts will happily make use of the gym or equipment rental for skis and bikes, while for the youngest guests there is a playroom and a slide pool.
At the disposal of guests there will also be a restaurant, which without a doubt will impress with its quality and variety of flavors.
Apartments
The object will consist of 136 apartments, ranging from 29 m² to 145 m². Each apartment will have a balcony or terrace, where additional equipment such as jacuzzi can be added. Gardens will belong to the ground floor apartments. The view from the windows will be breathtaking with the panorama of the Giant Mountains and the Karkonosze range.
For the convenience of future tenants, a total of 137 parking spaces will be provided in the garage hall and on the property. There will also be a place to charge electric cars.
In the modern object there will also be no shortage of space for charging electric cars.
Realization
The Luxury Mountain Resort will be realized in two phases. In the first phase, two out of three buildings - a total of 78 apartments - will be built, and in the second phase, 58 apartments. It is possible to finish and equip the apartment under key with an experienced contractor. Apartments on the highest floors will be air-conditioned according to the developer's standard.
At the request of the owners, private saunas can be installed in the rooms.
All buildings will be connected to each other with internal corridors, and their link will be the Lobby, where the reception will be located. For the convenience of guests, the object was designed so that it is not necessary to go outside to reach any of the buildings.
