In the heart of Krakow lies a place that for years has been a witness to the lives of the city's artists.
Imagine a place where history meets modernity. This is where, at the intersection of streets Venice and Garncarska, stands a restored townhouse, stunning in its beauty and precision in every detail. A place where past and art seamlessly blend with modern, discreet luxury. This is Venice 1.
The townhouse was designed in 1911 by Kazimierz Hroboni, on commission from Piotr Stachiewicz, a well-known artist painter, graphic designer and poster creator.
An elegant, four-story building with a row house layout, formerly known as the "Lion's House", and also "St. Mark's House", whose facade faces the current Gen. Zygmunt Zieliński Square. It is here, in spaces filled with light, that not only Piotr Stachiewicz, but also other prominent artists such as painter Antoni Procajłowicz and Władysław Żeleński – composer, teacher, conductor and director of the Krakow Music Society Conservatory – created their works. After World War II, Jan Świerczyński, a talented painter and sculptor, also worked here, leaving his artistic mark by taking up a studio on the attic.
A place with history
All historic elements dating from the construction of the townhouse have been preserved, conserved and appropriately showcased. At the same time, all installations, ceilings of the apartments and cabinetry were replaced, some of which were restored using conservation techniques for historical buildings to provide modern conveniences. Thanks to this, the historic property at ul. Wenecja 1 has regained its former glory.
In the very center of Royal City
Venice 1 is a prestigious investment consisting of only thirteen exceptional apartments with a living area from 75 to 138 m², ensuring intimacy and exclusivity. From the apartments there is a view of the enchanting, historical center of Krakow. The panorama includes the majestic Wawel and Kopiec Kościuszki, offering a wide perspective to the south and nearby landmarks.

Venice 1 is an exceptional project created with people in mind who value high quality materials, meticulous craftsmanship and unique aesthetics. In the townhouse, many historical elements have been preserved, and each apartment has been designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience.
