The ATAL SKY+ project is a two-phase investment located in the center of Katowice on Al. W. Korfantego. Eventually, the project will consist of 6 multi-use buildings. Spaces for residential, micro-apartments, hotels, and commercial spaces will be arranged within them, as well as numerous recreational areas and playgrounds for the youngest on the development site.
In the first phase, buildings D, E, and F will be constructed, which will house 316 cozy and modern apartments with a floor area of 33-122 m². In the second phase, two 15-story buildings B and C with 2-story residential and hotel wings, as well as a multi-family building A, which will be a 36-story dominant feature of the investment, will be built. The facades of the buildings will be kept in a similar aesthetic, although each will have its distinctive distinguishing elements.
Apartments in all buildings up to 15 floors will have loggias, and those above 15 floors will be expanded with additional living space. On the ground floor of buildings C and F, resident gardens will be arranged. Investors can choose between modern micro-apartments or spacious apartments.
The safety of residents is ensured by security and around-the-clock monitoring. Underground levels will house parking spaces, tenant storage rooms, and bike boxes. On the roofs of buildings, a green roof system has been designed to drain rainwater, making SKY+ an eco-friendly place to live in the center of Katowice. Attention has also been paid to the infrastructure of the development, ensuring it meets the needs of people with disabilities and families with children.
SKY+ will be one of the most attractive places to live in Katowice. Nearby the investment are numerous bus and tram stops, bike stations, playgrounds, and green spaces.
