Investment Blue Amber, being built in Redz at Bosmańskiej Street, will consist of three buildings planned over three separate phases. Each building will comprise two parts: a 5-floor and a 17-floor dominating structure. Optimal natural lighting, unique architecture, and open common space are its undeniable advantages. What sets Blue Amber apart from other developments is the spacious terraces on the rooftops, accessible exclusively for their residents, offering an unparalleled view of the city, Trójmiejski Landscape Park, as well as the coastal area of Gdańsk Bay. The project was inspired by the extremely rare mineral – blue amber. The facade of the buildings will feature solutions reminiscent of the glowing, blue color of this precious stone. During the first phase, comfortable apartments with a floor area ranging from 33 to 81 m² and spacious layouts with 2 to 4 rooms with balconies or terraces will be built. Motorized residents will have access to ground-level parking spaces and those located in garage halls. For non-motorized residents, lockers, a bike storage room, and a wheelchair-accessible area will be provided. On the ground floor, a commercial space has been designed.
