Zarzecze II Pruszków

Zarzecze II is the second phase of an investment in Pruszków and the latest investment by Polish developer TPPI SA. The project will be built in a quiet area surrounded by single-family housing on Pruszkowski Żbikowie, near European and Mostowa streets. As part of the investment, one three-story building with 48 functional apartments will be constructed. The building is located next to low-rise buildings, recreational areas, educational and service facilities. Convenient communication with Warsaw is provided by the railway station and A2 motorway. 48 functional apartments The building consists of 48 functional apartments ranging in size from 40 m² to 72 m², located on three floors. All apartments have their own garden, balcony, loggia or terrace. In the investment, there are also tenant rooms, bike boxes, and bicycle storage (in shared building parts). Spacious staircases equipped with modern, quiet elevators provide access to common areas of the building. The common areas of the building were designed to ensure maximum comfort. Access to common areas of the building will be facilitated by the Blue Bolt application.
