In seven buildings, approximately 450 apartments with a floor area from 25 to 120 m² have been designed. The future residents will have the option to choose between small apartments known as studios, as well as 2-, 3-, 4- or 5-room apartments. Each apartment plan has been prepared and refined for functionality and optimal use of available space.
The buildings will be equipped with comfortable elevators, which will allow quick access not only to the upper floors but also to the -1 level, where underground parking spaces and mailboxes will be located. Considering the convenience of residents in the buildings, there will be enclosed rooms where you can safely leave a stroller or bike.
All floors of the buildings, as well as external parking spaces, trash cans, or playgrounds, will be fully accessible for disabled individuals. On the estate, there will also be designated parking spots for disabled individuals. In the center of the estate, a safe playground for the youngest will be created, and a unique climate will be emphasized by beautifully arranged greenery.
