The architectural project was prepared by Kuryłowicz & Associates sp. z o.o., and it emphasizes attention to details and elegance. The space of the development will be organized according to Scandinavian order and care for wellbeing – therefore, within the common space, a spacious park with a playground, an outdoor gym, tables for games, and a sauna will be created.
