Ul. Ogrodowa - Etap II

We present to you apartments in a new multi-family building complex located on Ogrodowa Street in Ełk. In the second phase of this project, three out of five blocks are being built, offering 54 apartments located on three floors with options for 2, 3 or 4 room layouts, each designed to provide maximum comfort to residents. Taking into account the needs of future tenants, we have designed spaces with varying floor areas (from 42.20 m² to 76.80 m²) and functional layouts, the largest featuring two bathrooms. All apartments come with attached balconies, and those on the ground floor feature terraces and gardens. The areas between buildings have been designed to create a space for the youngest residents and to provide peace and contact with nature.
