Wawer is one of the most green districts in Warsaw, also rated as the most convenient place to live in the capital. Already this fall, we will start pre-sales for the second phase of our Warsaw investment at ul. Przylaszczkowej 17 – Wawer Go 2.0.
In the second phase of the Wawer Go 2.0 investment, 148 apartments will be built in 5 low-rise three-story buildings. The apartments designed in them will have areas from 38.54 m² to 88.89 m² and will have 1 to 4 rooms. All ground floor apartments will have enclosed gardens up to 244 m². On the upper floors, we have provided a balcony or terrace for each apartment. The largest apartment with an area of 88.89 m² will be equipped with a spectacular terrace of 52 m².
On the ground floor of each building, there will be an underground garage with parking spaces and storage rooms. In Wawer Go 2.0, there will also be a new feature – bike boxes, which can be purchased together with apartments. In total, we have provided 207 parking spaces, 51 storage rooms, and 23 bike boxes for all five buildings.
Additionally, on the ground floor of one of the buildings, we will offer a commercial space for sale.
The planned completion date for the investment is Q3 2026.
