Investment consists of two buildings, which together house 47 residential units with functional layouts. They are two- and three-room apartments with an area from 35 to 91 m². On the ground floor, there are residential units with gardens, providing additional opportunities for space utilization, and all apartments on the upper floors have balconies. In the apartments on the third floor, there is an additional mezzanine, which provides excellent possibilities for arranging a two-level apartment tailored to individual needs. In the building, there will also be tenant rooms, and during the planning of the investment, we also thought about the youngest and created a wonderful space for them to play.
