Third Zapolska is a premium investment with a low, three-story building, common areas of high standard and an atrium with green space in the central part of the building. The entire investment was designed with meticulous attention to detail and stands out both in terms of facade appearance and interior quality. The small, intimate building, only three floors, brick facade - all this makes Tertio appear as a luxury investment from afar and perfectly integrated into the low historical building density.
Our idea is to combine three important aspects of every resident's life:

- work
- community
The apartments in our building were designed to be an ideal place for singles, couples, and families with children. These spaces offer flexibility for any arrangement, thoughtfully designed with modern solutions and design in mind. In the Tertio project, a common space was provided for all residents, which can change into a social gathering spot during afternoons or evenings.
In such a way, we thought about Tertio during the design process - as a place where all three most important aspects of life can intersect and coexist perfectly.
