New Falenty is a picturesque town and the southern district of Raszyn located in a green environment, surrounded by the reservoir of Raszyn, directly bordering with the southern districts of Warsaw. This is where the small energy-efficient housing complex Osiedle Droga Hrabska at ul. Panoramy in New Falenty was built.
We have already completed 2 stages of investment. As a result of our efforts, 8 identical buildings, or 16 individual houses along the right side of ul. Panoramy, were created. All of them are already occupied.
Currently, we are starting with the 3rd stage of investment! We have just started building the III phase of Osiedle Droga Hrabska. In this phase, two four-apartment buildings, or eight segments, will be built.
The first four-apartment building is planned to be delivered in Q4 2026 r.
Construction of other houses within the III phase of investment is planned for 2027 r.
Each house is an energy-efficient one-story house suitable for a three to six-person family, providing comfort to residents due to the excellent functionality of individual rooms, large volume due to high room heights, and very large daylighting due to large windows.
The houses have all internal installations, gas, water, and electricity supply. In ul. Panoramy there is sewage and fiber optic cable with the possibility of purchasing an internet and cable TV subscription.
All houses externally maintain a unified character of the estate, that is, a creamy color scheme for the facade, decorative wooden decking and window frames on the outside in the Winchester color, roof and fence color scheme, and garden plot design.
Each house has a plot, which is landscaped, that is, equipped with access roads, sidewalks with cobblestone, and terraces, where you can relax after work in your own garden.
