REDA CITY is a set of modern buildings for active people.\ \ From the very beginning, we focused on creating a project that, in terms of aesthetics and functionality, would become a vision of a modern place in this part of the city. The scale of the project, urban context, and requirements of the contemporary market were our main inspiration. REDA CITY will become a spatial dominant, whose elegant facades will be a recognizable element of Szczecin.\ \ On eight floors there are apartments ranging from 25 to 90m², as well as commercial and office spaces on the ground floor. The buildings will complete internal gardens with green areas, creating an elegant modern space.\ \ For the convenience of residents, we have designed a fitness club with an indoor pool, as well as a small shopping-service center with a grocery store and a café.
