Building will have an underground garage, providing direct access to parking spaces for each resident. The three-story building will be equipped with three elevators facilitating communication for elderly people, disabled individuals, and families with small children, and providing direct access to the garage. We anticipate the possibility of custom air conditioning installation for each offered apartment. Our new building is located near the location of several objects, which will certainly facilitate the daily functioning of future residents.
