Construction of Phase XV began on March 11, 2025, and is scheduled to be completed by June 30, 2026. As part of the project, a three-story multi-family building with three independent stairwells, designed for the comfort of residents, is being built.
In the project, 22 comfortable apartments ranging from 34.52 m² to 69.47 m² in size have been planned. Each apartment has a dedicated parking space in front of the building and additional shared spaces within the development. South-facing apartments will have private gardens. Each stairwell has its own entrance, and technical rooms with heating pumps are located near each stairwell, serving the apartments assigned to that part of the building.
