This contemporary complex with a modern, attractive, and most importantly functional architecture was put into use.
In each building there will be 24 two and three-room apartments ranging from 34 m² to 78 m². In this Rybnicka investment all apartments have balconies or loggias, and the ground floor apartments have quite large gardens (up to 80m2), while in the underground level of the building there are parking spaces and storage rooms.
The architects did not insist on originality, but instead focused on details, but they placed the greatest emphasis on the functionality of the proposed solutions and their adaptability to individual needs. Simple building shapes were livened up by an unusual arrangement of balconies and loggias as well as colors and materials used. Bright building facades with graphite ground floor, occasionally interspersed with HPL panels that mimic wood, which appear on the facade in the form of cladding as well as graphite stripes, thanks to these subtle touches gained elegance and style.
