Investment by Kusociński from Unidevelopment is a small-scale project located on Gdansk's Morena. It harmoniously combines the attributes of urban living style and the peace of nature, which is within easy reach. In the ten-storey building B of the investment, 180 apartments with areas from 26 to 104 m² and two commercial spaces on the ground floor are planned. The building is characterized by modern, minimalist architecture. The glass balcony railings, along with subtle lamellas, create a striking combination. The thoughtful composition of architectural details gives the object an exceptional aesthetic quality, which is complemented by the use of graphite brick on the ground floor of the building.
External common spaces: recreational area and gardens were designed according to the approach of Danish urbanist Jan Gehl, who believed that what happens "between buildings" defines the quality of life in the city. Therefore, we focused on small-scale architecture at its best: sun loungers, benches, tiered seating, a terrace with picnic area, and climate lighting, or a chess table.
