Investment Project Osiedle Grabówki consists of eighteen semi-detached buildings. The planned area of each building is 97.15 m². An additional asset is the unfinished attic space, which can be adapted for residential purposes if necessary.
Due to ecology and rising electrical energy costs, each building will be equipped with a micro solar installation with a power exceeding 4.5 kWp.
Each building will have a fenced garden with a small panel fence to maintain the family atmosphere of the estate. Parking spaces with cobblestone pavement belonging to each building will be located along the internal road.
Access to the estate will be controlled using a barrier at the beginning of the internal road. The common area of the estate, i.e. the access road, will be monitored.
The estate is located in the peaceful town of Grabówki belonging to the municipality of Wieliczka. Nearby the investment there is e.g. the Ecological Park Grabówki, where everyone can find a moment of rest. An additional asset of the estate is its proximity to PKP station with Park&Ride parking, newly built primary school, municipal kindergarten, numerous food stores, bakery and Wieliczka city center.
