Park Wysoka

The development offers a total of 36 townhouses in a row (three rows of 6, 16 and 14 houses) with an unconventional architecture, large gardens for urban homes, an internal residential street with access control, and landscaping separating the development from surrounding buildings. On the development, two types of houses have been designed with floor areas of 171 m² and 191 m². Each house has a very spacious daytime area (open plan) on the ground floor, bedrooms on the second floor, and a separate office or recreational area on the third floor. The smaller house has a garage in the building structure, while the larger house has a garage extended to the front, allowing each house to have a private, individual patio that forms its entrance area.
