In the heart of dynamically developing Skórzewo, a unique estate is being realized that will permanently change the face of the Poznań suburb. Located just behind the Bizpark Apartments Symphony complex, it's more than just another developer project – it's a vision of modern living where urban comfort meets closeness to nature. As a result, a space ideal for those who wish to live in harmony with their own rhythm will be created.
The heart of the estate will be a unique pedestrian alley connecting the Bizpark complex with the Citrus Estate. It has been planned not only as a communication route but primarily as a vibrant social space. Along it, carefully selected service outlets will be located in the ground floors of buildings – from cozy cafes offering the aroma of freshly ground coffee, to intimate gastronomic points serving healthy snacks, all the way to convenience stores, pharmacies or medical clinics providing daily comfort, especially for parents.
The project impresses with its scale and well-thought-out concept. Ten three-story buildings will create a cozy space for approximately 140 apartments. The realization will take place in stages. The first phase will involve two buildings with spaces of varying layouts from 31 to 60 m² - ideal for singles looking for their own space, young couples starting their shared life, and families with children. Each apartment has been designed with the maximum use of space in mind and to ensure natural light, which will enter the interiors through large windows.
