Our next residential project is the Augustówka Residence, which we are about to start on Warsaw's Mokotów, at the streets of Kostrzyńskiej and Wróblewskiego. ARCHITECTURE
In the Augustówka Residence development, we designed four four-storey multi-family buildings, which will together offer 169 comfortable and spacious apartments–apartments.
In the first phase of the Development, we will deliver 95 units. The building will have studios with an area of 35 m², the most sought-after two-bedroom apartments with an area of 42 to 47 m², three-bedroom apartments with an area of about 60 m² and four-bedroom apartments with an area of 98 to 130 m².
All apartments will have balconies, gardens or terraces – the largest apartment on the second floor will have a terrace of 75 m². In each apartment, we designed fixed bedrooms, a spacious living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom. The height of the units on all floors will be 2.85 m.
We designed the layout of the apartments based on classic and timeless functional solutions, ensuring high comfort and safety for future residents. Simple building shapes will be accentuated by elegant decorative elements, while large spacious windows will perfectly illuminate the apartments and add space.
The Development's area will be greened with rain gardens, which, during dry periods, do not require additional watering and fertilizing. Everything has been carefully thought out in the smallest detail.
