SUNDAY Resort Ustronie Morskie is a small, year-round complex of two buildings with elevators and a recreational area. In total, we plan to deliver 60 independent apartments with bathrooms, kitchen annexes, and balconies. A small number of apartments will ensure a private, family character for the investment, far from the chaos of large apartment hotel monsters. Apartments located on the top floor will be two-story with a living area or a practical attic storage. In those located on the ground floor, we have planned gardens or terraces. On the site of the investment there will be: • covered pool • jacuzzi • Finnish sauna • parking with spaces for residents. The object will therefore be attractive to residents regardless of the time of year and capricious weather. The first apartments in a developer-ready state will be handed over to you at the end of December 2023 r. For an additional charge included in the price, we provide fully equipped apartments – from wall and floor coverings, through complete furniture and kitchen/TV appliances, to window decorations and tableware.
