SUNDAY Resort Ustronie Morskie is a small, year-round complex of two buildings with elevators and a recreational area. In total, we plan to deliver 60 self-contained apartments with bathrooms, kitchen annexes, and balconies. A small number of apartments will ensure a private, family character, far from the chaos of large apartment hotel monoliths. Apartments located on the top floor will be two-story with a living area or a practical attic storage space. We have planned gardens or terraces for those on the ground floor. On the property, you will find: • covered pool • jacuzzi • Finnish sauna • parking with spaces available to residents. The object will therefore be attractive to residents regardless of the season and capricious weather. The first apartments in a developer-ready state will be handed over to you at the end of December 2023. We encourage you to take advantage of the option for a "turnkey" apartment finish in our COMFORT standard. For an additional charge included in the price, we provide fully furnished apartments – from wall and floor coverings, through complete furniture and kitchen/TV appliances, to window decorations and tableware. Everything is designed with taste by an interior design team. We take on the risk of constantly rising prices, availability of materials, and reliability of contractors.
